At CA TOPPER, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the personal and intimate nature of our products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to ensure product safety, hygiene, and quality.
Returns
Products are eligible for return only if:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product is unused and in its original packaging.
- A return request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
To request a return, customers must provide clear videos
of unboxing the received product and packaging from all sides.

IMPORTANT: RECORD AN UNBOXING VIDEO
- Start recording before opening the package.
- Ensure the parcel is completely sealed when the video begins.
- Show all sides of the package clearly, including any visible damage or tampering.
4. Clearly display the shipping label showing the Order ID and AWB/Tracking Number.
5. Record the complete unboxing process without any cuts, pauses, or edits.
Claims for missing, damaged, or incorrect products may not be accepted without a complete unboxing video.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used products
- Products with damaged or missing packaging caused after delivery
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
- Products purchased during special promotional or clearance sales
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
